About the Salted Caramel Martini

This dessert-style martini shines as an after-dinner drink. Think of the salted caramel martini as an upgrade to the espresso martini, but without the caffeine to keep you awake through the night. However, if you're stirring up a salted caramel martini in search of a pick-me-up, a splash of chilled coffee can add a rich depth to the cocktail, so feel free to add a little caffeine as needed.

The salted caramel martini also fits in very well with the winter holiday season, and its rich flavors are a great touch to any party, be it Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year. The martini is not only a tasty drink but a beautiful visual touch to any host's party. The sweet and savory notes are sure to please a number of guests, and for those who don't want vodka, caramel bourbon makes for a great substitute.

A Sweet and Savory Touch

If you're looking for a treat that has that delicate balance of sweet and salty, the salted caramel martini will deliver on your hopes and dreams. Even if you're enjoying this martini solo, there's no bad time to take a sip.
