  2. Add the green onions, water chestnuts, and cabbage. Continue cooking until the onions are fragrant and translucent.
  3. Serve in flour tortillas with fresh cabbage, pickled ginger, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Add chopped chili peppers and onion if you'd like more heat.
