  • 4 ounces orange juice
  • 3 ounces pineapple juice

4. Piña Colada Mocktail

This drink's Spanish name translates into pineapple (piña) and strained (colada).   • 2 ounces cream of coconut
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flakes
  • 2 cups crushed ice

  1. In a blender, add crushed ice, pineapple juice, one-half teaspoon coconut flakes, and cream of coconut.
  2. Blend mixture until smooth and creamy.

  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce coconut milk
  • 1 ounce soy milk
  • ½ ounce coconut extract
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • Crushed ice


  1. In a blender, add crushed ice, pineapple juice, soy milk, coconut extract and coconut cream.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a stemmed glass and garnish with pineapple slices.

6. Nonalcoholic Jamaican Lime Water

Jamaican lime water is refreshing and delicious. This serves 6.

  • ½ cup juice from fresh limes
  • 6 cups water
  • Dash of bitters (optional)
  • 1 cup simple syrup (or more to taste) made with demerara sugar
  • Ice
  • Mint sprigs and lime slices for garnish


  1. In a large pitcher, combine the lime juice, water, bitters, and simple syrup. Stir to mix.
  2. Chill for at least three hours.
  3. Serve poured over ice and garnished with lime slices and mint sprigs.

7. Mint-Pineapple Hawaiian

  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 3 ounces pineapple juice
  • Club soda
  • Ice


  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves and simple syrup.
  2. Add the lime juice and pineapple juice, along with ice.
  3. Shake well to chill and mix.

  • ½ cup pineapple juice
